Order Confirmation: 

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This confirms the inclusion of your order in our system and the preliminary authorization of your credit card for the transaction. Immediately following, we will reach out to our suppliers to verify the availability of the ordered item and its readiness for immediate shipment. Should we find that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If the item(s) are ready for shipment within 5 business days, we will finalize the charges and submit the order for shipment.

If the order is confirmed in stock and we've processed the charges to your credit card, your items will be ship within five business days from the date of your purchase. Tracking details will be sent via email within 24 hours of your order leaving from the warehouse.
