Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, email or call us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order before it ships. Reach out to our customer service and call 307-337-9434 or email at info@saunaandserenity.com.
Refunds and Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unopened and in its original packaging. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate return. Please be aware that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that not all shipped orders can be returned. We source our products directly from the manufacturer, and our ability to process returns depends on the manufacturer's policies. Return eligibility may vary for each brand and product, so if you require specific information regarding your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Damages:

When receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the product for any visible damage before signing for it. If you notice any damage, please make note of it on the delivery receipt.

To process a damage claim, take clear photographs of the damaged product(s) immediately after discovery.

Please report any damage to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can send the images of the damage to info@saunaandserenity.com along with your order details.

When you purchase from Sauna and Serenity, you are acknowledging this Exchange Agreement:
  • I understand that it's my responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery. In the event of any damage, I will promptly document it, including taking pictures, and communicate this to Sauna and Serenity within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • I understand that I bear the responsibility for return shipping costs and the shipping costs associated with a replacement product in cases of refunds or exchanges.
  • I understand that products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. It's important to note that an additional restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that once my order has left the warehouse, a full refund may not be possible.
  • I am aware that should I choose to return my order after it has been shipped, I will be responsible for covering return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees. These fees may vary by product but typically amount to around 20%.
  • I recognize that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are approximations and may be subject to change due to factors beyond Sauna and Serenity's control.
  • I agree not to cancel my order or initiate a chargeback due to delays or discrepancies in estimated delivery times, understanding that these can be influenced by external factors beyond the control of Sauna and Serenity, such as constraints related to our partner companies' manufacturing and logistics."
